Voice Library has two lists. Your cloned voices — Instant Clone and designed voices for this engine — sit first. Instant cloning is limited by plan: Starter 1, Pro 5, Ultra 15. Public voice AI sits second: ElevenLabs premade and community voices, Cartesia’s catalog, and Chatterbox presets. Search, preview, and listen. When you want a generated track, open Text to Speech with that voice.

What this clip costs in credits
Every AI voice library job uses the same meter: 150 credits ($1.50) for the first 30 seconds, then 5 credits ($0.05) per extra second. Subscriptions price credits at $0.01; one-time packs are $0.08 each.
