Character Swap
Character swap is the other half of motion control. You keep the shot — camera, lighting, background, the original performance — and put a different person in it. Upload a clear character still and the clip to replace into. Wan 2.2 Animate runs replace mode. Kling Motion transfers the same pair with video orientation so the new face follows the original framing. This is not motion control (which animates a still) and not ad clone (which copies an ad framework onto a SKU).

Keep the plate
The room, the camera move, and the timing stay. Only the performer changes.
