Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LipSyncing AI (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LipSyncing AI website at lipsyncingai.com and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using LipSyncing AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use LipSyncing AI. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

1.2 Account Responsibility

If registration or sign-in is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information. Do not share your password. Notify us at hello@lipsyncingai.com if you believe the account was used without your permission.

This public studio may store the session, credits, history, and assets in your browser. Production accounts may move to a server. Either way, you must keep your login to yourself. One account per person or entity unless we agree otherwise in writing.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload or share content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property, or contains malware.
  • Create sexual content involving minors, or any exploitative content.
  • Impersonate a real person, or generate a deepfake, without that person’s consent.
  • Harass, defraud, defame, or threaten others, or generate spam or malicious content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse our models, APIs, or services.
  • Circumvent usage limits, credit meters, or security measures.
  • Resell or redistribute the Platform unless we have a written Enterprise agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

2. Services Provided

LipSyncing AI provides access to AI-powered lip sync and related tools, including but not limited to:

  • Talking photo and talking-head video from a still or clip
  • Video lip sync, singing lip sync, and motion control
  • Pet, cartoon, and drawing lip sync
  • Video dubbing and multilingual translation with matched mouths
  • AI avatars, spokespersons, product videos, and ad clones
  • Voice cloning, voice design, public voice library, text-to-speech, and related audio tools
  • Image helpers used to prepare a face or product still

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice. Specialist pages in the left menu (talking photo, pet lip sync, video dubbing, and the rest) are the same studio pointed at a specific job.

3. Content and Privacy

3.1 Your Content

By using LipSyncing AI, you may upload or input content (for example text, audio, images, or video). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and use it for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving our services.

You represent that you own the face, voice, and script you upload, or that you have written permission from every person depicted or recorded, including the right to generate AI video from that material.

3.2 AI-Generated Content

Output generated by LipSyncing AI’s tools is provided “as is” and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for verifying and using generated content appropriately. We do not guarantee the reliability, legality, or originality of AI-generated results. You own the output you generate, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Commercial use is permitted within these Terms.

3.3 Data Privacy

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Platform and its underlying technology are owned by LipSyncing AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission. Trademarks, the lipsyncingai.com name, and studio branding are protected. API access and documentation are licensed, not sold.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

LipSyncing AI offers paid plans and credit packs. There is no free plan. Fees are displayed clearly on Pricing before purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.

One credit on a subscription equals $0.01. One-time packs are $0.08 per credit. The first 30 seconds of a generation cost 150 credits ($1.50). Every extra second costs 5 credits ($0.05). You can preview a generation in the browser without credits. Finished downloads spend credits.

Monthly plans, when billed, continue until you cancel. Yearly checkout is a one-time payment for twelve months of the listed monthly credits and does not auto-renew. Unused subscription credits roll over while the subscription is active. Cancelling the plan cancels remaining subscription credits. One-time pack credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

Subscription cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy on this site, which is part of these Terms. We may change pricing or features with prior notice on the Pricing page or by email.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LipSyncing AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs.
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service.
  • That a clip will be broadcast-ready, or that a model will accept every face.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LipSyncing AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LipSyncing AI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform,
  • Loss of data or content, or
  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services

LipSyncing AI may integrate with or rely on third-party APIs or services. Finished renders may be produced by Zoice Avatar X and related providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data handling of third-party providers. Their terms may also apply to the generation step.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time. Termination does not relieve payment obligations already incurred. Unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform and email hello@lipsyncingai.com to close the account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
